We liked everything about this riad. A place is really good (a few minutes from the main square) and not hard to find. A room was not big but enough and very clean. This riad is realy nice and has a wanderful garden on the roof. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and enought.

Beautiful decor and great people helped us out in every way possible.
Room was a bit hot, requiring an open window that lead to a noisy street sounds preventing a restful sleep. Didn't check to see if room's air-conditioner worked or not, so can't speak intelligently about that issue. Other than that, place was great!

Excellent Location, nice decor, great terrace, nice comfortable rooms, great price/quality relationship, great breakfast, really nice owner
Nice staff except a couple of girls working in the Riad not necessarily understanding the importance of privacy. They kept sitting/gossiping/shouting in front of our rooms on the groundfloor from quite early early in the morning. This is really the only partially negative aspect, we stayed here twice during our Morocco trip and definitely recommend this Riad.

The value for money at this hotel is very nice, and our room was fine. The location in the middle of the medina was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast choices could have been better, but it was still a pleasant start to the day.

The hotel owner and staffs were very welcomed. Feel like home and they tried to fulfill our needs and our complaint so well. Also, the terrace restaurant for breakfast and kitchen facility made us feel like home and so comfort.

Some guests reported issues with the bathroom, but the attentive staff quickly resolved any problems.

Riad Hiba is a small palace like hotel. The roof terrace is great place to have the (basic) breakfast. Service is friendly. Location is good, in the old medina but walking distance from a taxi stand.
We stayed in a small double room on the ground floor. It was relatively cheap but very cramped and the toilet flooded after taking a shower. The larger rooms are nicer but more expensive.

We stayed at Riad Hiba in a beautifully decorated Royale room, which was spacious and adorned with traditional style. the staff were friendly and the owner was incredibly helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. the location in the medina was excellent, just a short 3-minute walk from the main square. the riad also had a lovely roof terrace. We enjoyed the simple but tasty breakfast, with freshly baked breads, honey, and coffee. The Wi-Fi was good, and we were pleased with the water temperature and pressure in our room. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

The host and staff are especially kind and welcoming. It's a beautifull place, lots of charm, and the breakfast on the roof starts a day in Meknes perfectly. And at last, a riad in a medina easy to find! Near all the important sites, the souks and restaurants.
